Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in New Credit Facilities for Intermex

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $35 million revolving credit facility and a $90 million term loan for Intermex. Intermex is a processor of money transfer services in the U.S. to the Latin America corridor. Proceeds from the loans were used to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
