Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $670 Million Credit Facility for EVERTEC Group, LLC

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and as lead arranger, and the other lead arrangers in connection with senior secured credit facilities for EVERTEC Group, LLC, comprised of a $125,000,000 revolving credit facility, a $220,000,000 term loan A facility and a $325,000,000 term loan B facility. EVERTEC Group, LLC is a leading full-service transaction processing business in Latin America. Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
