Cahill represented Citigroup as Dealer Manager in connection with cash tender offers for up to a maximum aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 of Talen Energy’s outstanding 4.600% Senior Notes due 2021, 9.500% Senior Notes due 2022 and 6.500% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2024.
