Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with a secondary offering of 1,504,082 shares of Class A common stock of ANGI Homeservices Inc. (NYSE: ANGI), publically priced at $16.40 per share and resulted in gross proceeds of $24,140,516.10 before expenses to the selling stockholders. ANGI Homeservices did not receive any proceeds from the sale. ANGI Homeservices Inc. has created the world's largest digital marketplace for home services.
