Cahill Announces Election of New Partners

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP announced today that Helena S. Franceschi and Meghan McDermott have been elected to the partnership.

Ms. Franceschi has been elected a partner in Cahill’s litigation practice where she concentrates her practice on the representation of financial institutions in regulatory investigations, examinations, enforcement actions and litigation.
Ms. McDermott has been elected a partner in Cahill’s corporate practice where she represents leading investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets and lending transactions.
