Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an upsizing and extension of Charter Communications Operating, LLC’s existing credit facilities consisting of $1,692,275,000 in new Term A loans, the extension of $2,350,487,325 of existing Term A loans, $750,000,000 in new revolving commitments and the extension of $4,501,500,000 of existing revolving commitments.
