Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $365,000,000 incremental term facility for Radiology Partners, Inc., the largest physician-led and physician-owned radiology practice in the U.S. Proceeds from the facility will be used for the acquisition of ARA and general corporate purposes.
