Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Dell International LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $3.6 billion term loan A facility for Dell International LLC.   The proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing term loans under Dell International LLC’s credit agreement and for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of other indebtedness.  Dell International LLC is a leading information technology company.
