Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $600 Million Notes Offering for Digicel

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.750% senior secured notes due 2024 by Digicel International Finance Limited and Digicel Holdings (Bermuda) Limited. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
