Cahill Represents Linde plc in $5 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the borrowers under a multi-currency $5,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for Linde plc and certain of its subsidiaries.  A result of the business combination of Praxair, Inc. and Linde AG, Linde plc is the largest industrial gas company worldwide.  The revolving credit facility is available for general corporate purposes.
