Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and restatement of Cable One, Inc.’s existing senior credit facilities to provide for a new $250,000,000 initial term loan A facility, a new $450,000,000 delayed draw term loan A facility and a new $350,000,000 revolving credit facility. Cable One, Inc. is an American Internet and cable service provider. Proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
