Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a $120,000,000 second lien incremental credit facility for Radiology Partners, Inc. Radiology Partners, Inc. is the largest physician-led and physician-owned radiology practice in the United States. Proceeds from the credit facility went to general corporate purposes and to finance an acquisition.
