Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $500 Million Notes Offering for CDK Global, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2029 for CDK Global, Inc., a leading global provider technology solutions to the automotive industry. Proceeds from the offering were used to repay debt under CDK’s revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
