Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an add-on Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.750% senior notes due 2025 by Intelsat Jackson Holdings, S.A. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
