Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2027 for Graphic Packaging International, LLC, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of packaging for commercial products. Proceeds from the offering were used to repay outstanding debt and to pay fees and expenses relating to the offering.
