Cahill represented StoneMor Partners L.P. and Cornerstone Family Services of West Virginia Subsidiary, Inc. in connection with the private placement of $385,000,000 aggregate principal amount of their 9.875% / 11.500% Senior Secured PIK Toggle Notes due 2024. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
