Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Credit Facilities for Idera, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Idera’s existing first lien credit facility and $100,000,000 incremental term loans and $20,000,000 incremental revolving commitments under such first lien credit facility. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with a new $205,000,000 Term B second lien credit facility. Idera, Inc. is a software company that provides systems and application management software for Microsoft Windows and Linux servers. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used for dividends, refinancing existing indebtedness, and investments.
