Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and extended $785,000,000 revolving credit facility, which included an increase to the commitments thereunder of $285,000,000, for Change Healthcare Holdings, LLC (the Borrower), a provider of revenue and payment cycle management and clinical information exchange solutions, connecting payers, providers, and patients in the U.S. healthcare system. Proceeds from the amended and extended facility were used to refinance the Borrower’s existing revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
