Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $470,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2028 for Talen Energy Supply, LLC, one of the largest independent power producers in the United States. Proceeds from the offering went to refinancing existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes.
