Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2027 for MTS Systems Corporation, a global supplier of test systems and industrial position sensors. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
