Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Incremental Credit Facility for Dimora Brands, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a $40,000,000 incremental term loan facility for Dimora Brands, Inc., the parent company of several luxury kitchen/bath hardware and plumbing product brands. Proceeds from the facility were used for an acquisition by the borrower of Watermark Designs, a manufacturer of luxury faucets, showers and bath accessories.
