Cahill represented the initial purchasers in the connection with a Rule 144A offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028 for International Game Technology PLC, a multinational gaming company. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing indebtedness.
