Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $275,000,000 asset-based revolving credit facility and with a $200,000,000 first lien term loan B credit facility for Fossil Group, Inc. Proceeds of the credit facilities were used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
