Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to extend the maturity of D.R. Horton, Inc.’s existing revolving credit facility and to increase the commitments thereunder to $1.590 billion. D.R. Horton, Inc. is the largest homebuilding company in the United States as measured by number of homes closed.
