Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.75 Billion Amended Credit Facilities for Subsidiaries of Restaurant Brands International

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement with 1011778 B.C. Unlimited Liability Company and New Red Finance, Inc. (the “Borrowers”). The amendment provided for, among other things, a new $750,000,000 Term A credit facility and an increase in commitments (to $1,000,000,000) under the Borrowers’ existing revolving credit facility. Each of the Borrowers is a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International Inc. Proceeds from the Term A credit facility were to refinance existing indebtedness.
