Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.00% senior secured notes due 2024 for TPro Acquisition Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used for the leverage buyout of TruckPro Holding Corporation by Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC. TruckPro Holding Corporation is a leading distributor of heavy duty truck and trailer products, and provider of advanced repair services.
