Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.55 Billion Credit Facilities for Iridium Satellite LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,450,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Iridium Satellite LLC, a subsidiary of Iridium Communications Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
