Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $400,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $600,000,000 term B credit facility under an amendment to the credit agreement for The ServiceMaster Company, LLC, a leading provider of essential residential and commercial services. Proceeds from the credit facility were used on the closing date to refinance existing indebtedness and will be used in the future for general corporate purposes.
