Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to MSCI Inc.’s revolving credit facility to extend the maturity to 2024 and increase the commitments to $400,000,000. MSCI Inc. is a global provider of equity, fixed income and hedge fund market indexes, and multi-asset portfolio analysis tools. The revolving credit facility is available for general corporate purposes.
