Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in Multicurrency Notes Offering for ARD Finance S.A.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the multicurrency notes offering, comprising $1,130,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500%/7.250% senior secured toggle notes due 2027 and €1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.000%/5.750% senior secured toggle notes due 2027, by ARD Finance, S.A. The proceeds of the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness of Ardagh Finance, S.A. and its affiliates.
