Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility Amendments for WRKCo Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent, joint lead arrangers and joint book runners in connection with amendments to certain of WRKCo Inc.’s credit facilities, which, among other changes, extended the maturity of the revolving credit facility and increased the commitments thereunder from $2.0 billion to $2.3 billion. WRKCo Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WestRock Company, which is a multinational provider of consumer and corrugated packaging solutions.
