Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $568,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2026 by Gates Global LLC and Gates Corporation, subsidiaries of Gates Industrial Corporation plc, a global manufacturer of power transmission and fluid power solutions. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for refinancing existing indebtedness.
