Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.2 Billion Notes Offering for Scientific Games International, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2028 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior unsecured notes due 2029 by Scientific Games International, Inc., a provider of gambling products and services to lottery and gambling organizations worldwide. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
