Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2027 by Boyd Gaming Corporation, an American hospitality and gaming company. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
