Cahill Represents the Debt Financing Sources for Entercom Media Corp.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with an add-on Rule 144A offering of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior secured second lien notes due 2027 for Entercom Media Corp., an American broadcasting company. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to their existing credit facilities. Proceeds from the notes offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
