Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $400 Million Amended Credit Facility for Visteon Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended credit facility, replacing and extending the existing revolving credit facility with a new revolving credit facility in the amount of $400,000,000 for Visteon Corporation, an American global automotive electronics supplier. Proceeds were used for refinancing existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
