Cahill represented the dealer managers in connection with tender offers for up to $1,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding 3.30% Senior Notes due 2021, 3.80% Senior Notes due 2042, 3.65% Senior Notes due 2023, 3.95% Senior Notes due 2025, 3.30% Senior Notes due 2025 and 4.15% Senior Notes due 2028 of Campbell Soup Company.
