Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,155,000,000 first lien term loan B credit facility, a $200,000,000 revolving credit facility, a $395,000,000 second lien term loan credit facility and a $100,000,000 second lien delayed draw credit facility for eResearchTechnology, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to finance the acquisition of eResearchTechnology, Inc., by investment funds managed by Nordic Capital and Astorg Partners, to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
