Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to provide $269,255,654.29 to Jane Street Group, LLC’s term loan B refinancing credit facility and $100,000,000 to term B loan incremental credit facility. Proceeds from the amended credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
