Cahill Represents Underwriters in €600 Million Notes Offering for Nasdaq, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public cross-border, foreign currency offering of €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.875% senior notes due 2030 for Nasdaq, Inc., the multinational financial services corporation that owns and operates, as well as being itself listed on, the Nasdaq stock market and eight European Stock Exchanges, including the Armenia Securities Exchange, Copenhagen Stock Exchange, Helsinki Stock Exchange, Iceland Stock Exchange, Riga Stock Exchange, Stockholm Stock Exchange, Tallinn Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ OMX Vilnius. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
