Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in $475 Million of Credit Facilities for Astra Acquisition Corp.

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $325,000,000 first lien term loan credit facility, a $40,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility and a $110,000,000 second lien term loan credit facility for Astra Acquisition Corp., which is owned by investment funds managed by Veritas Capital Management. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to finance the acquisition of Campus Management Acquisition Corp. and Edcentric Holdings LLC, providers of software, strategies and solutions to higher education institutions, to refinance existing indebtedness of the targets and for general corporate purposes.
