Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an incremental term loan for Hornblower Sub, LLC and American Queen Sub, LLC. Hornblower Cruises is a San Francisco-based charter yacht, dining cruise and ferry company serving seven California cities and New York City. Among other operations, it operates ferries to Alcatraz and the Statue of Liberty. American Queen is a provider of luxury river cruises throughout the United States. Proceeds from the incremental term loan were used for general corporate purposes.
