Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $2.83 Billion Credit Facilities for Tibco Software, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to refinance Tibco Software, Inc.’s $2,180,000,000 incremental term loan B credit facility. Cahill also represented lead arrangers in connection with a $650,000,000 second lien term loan credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and to redeem outstanding notes.
