Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Amended Revolving Credit Facility for Churchill Downs Incorporated

Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an amendment to the existing credit agreement for Churchill Downs Incorporated, an industry-leading racing, online wagering and gaming entertainment company anchored by its iconic annual flagship horserace – the Kentucky Derby, to, among other things, extend the maturity and lower the upper limit of the applied spreads for loans under the company’s existing $700,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility.
