Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.625% senior notes due 2025 for the Boyd Gaming Corporation, an American hospitality and gaming company. Proceeds from the offerings were used for general corporate purposes.
