Cahill Represents Underwriters in $500 Million Notes Offering for CIT Group Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters for an offering by CIT Group Inc. of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.929% senior unsecured fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2024.  Proceeds from the offering are to be used for general corporate purposes.
