Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in connection with First Lien and Second Lien Credit Facilities for Mission Group Bidco Pty Ltd

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a AUD $379,000,000 first lien term loan B credit facility, US $85,000,000 first lien term loan B credit facility, AUD $75,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility, and AUD $225,000,000 second lien term loan B credit facility for Mission Group Bidco Pty Ltd.  Proceeds from the facilities were used in part by Madison Dearborn to finance the acquisition of a controlling interest in APM, an Australian company that provides disability employment service.
