Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2028 by DISH DBS Corporation, a subsidiary of DISH Network Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH). Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
