Cahill Represents Initial Purchaser in $550 Million Notes Offering for Scientific Games International, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.625% senior unsecured notes due 2025 by Scientific Games International, Inc., a provider of gambling products and services to lottery and gambling organizations worldwide. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and other general corporate purposes.
