Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in a $155 million senior secured bridge facility to partially fund the acquisition of M&R Precision Parts, S.L., a designer and distributor of aftermarket spare parts based near Barcelona, Spain, by BBB Industries a portfolio company of Genstar Capital Partners.
